Where will the seminars be held?
Seminars will be taking place right across Australia and New Zealand. To make your selection, simply view the tour dates and choose your preferred location.
How can I buy a ticket?
Tickets are available through our website only. Payments can be made via credit card. Purchase orders are not available.
Will I get a receipt?
As soon as you have completed your purchase, you’ll instantly receive an order confirmation, which will give an itemised view of the tickets you purchased and the price you paid for them. This is quite helpful for those seeking reimbursement from an employer.
How will I get my ticket?
As soon as you have completed your purchase, you’ll instantly receive a link to download your ticket with unique QR code. It will also be emailed to you for safekeeping. This ticket will need to be presented for scanning at the time of admission. It can be presented electronically on your phone/device or as a printed ticket.
Can I share my ticket?
All tickets have a unique code, and are programmed to allow a single entry for a single location.
What if I lose my ticket?
If you lose your ticket, just contact us and we’ll issue a duplicate for you. Please note, your ticket can only be scanned once for admission, no matter how many times it is re-issued.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
These seminars are pre-ticketed events, meaning that tickets need to be purchased prior to the event. Tickets will be available for sale online until 9am on the day prior to the event.
Can I use my ticket at a different seminar to what I purchased?
All tickets are valid for the listed seminar date and location only. Tickets scanned at alternative venues will be declined.
When do doors open?
The seminars will start at 7pm sharp. Arrivals are from 6.30pm onwards. Tickets are general admission and do not have allocated seating, so we encourage you to arrive with enough time to choose your preferred seat.
Do you offer refunds?
Tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. All tickets have a unique barcode, so you can simply pass on the ticket if need be. No-shows will not be entitled to a refund or credit.
Are there age requirements?
These seminars are for adults aged 18 years of age and above.
Are cameras allowed?
Cameras for personal use are allowed. Your photography or video cannot be used for commercial purposes. Parenting Ideas has all rights to film, photo and video production.
