Creating parent-school Communities Conference 2012
This special conference will help school leaders, teachers & welfare staff:
• Build strong teacher-parent relationships
• Implement a social media strategy to engage with time-poor, very busy parents
• Confidently assist parents with the latest advice and ideas around social media, technology and effective parenting.
It’s two conferences in one! You can go for just one day or the whole two days! The first day is aimed at teachers and the second day focuses on parenting, but is great for teachers and school leaders who want to get the latest ideas to support their parent communities.
Friday, 17th August & Saturday, 18th August 2012 Rydges Preston Melbourne Australia
- Sorry you missed it.... BUT......
We’ve had lots of calls and emails to the office from schools asking if the Creating Parent-Schools Communities Conference would be held outside Melbourne this year.
Unfortunately, logistically we can’t do it.
But fortunately, the PROBLEM of more people being able to experience the Conference has been SOLVED.
You see, we filmed the Conference and placed videos of all 17 presentations in a special password-protected website so participants could watch the workshops they couldn’t attend.
So we decided to make the Conference available to everyone including those who didn’t attend.
The Conference is NOW available for everyone ONLINE.
Now you (and the rest of your staff) can experience............
11 awesome presenters
Delivering 20 amazing hours of Professional Development
Without leaving the school grounds
The feedback has been amazing!
Here’s a sample of what people who attended said:
“It was very hard to choose which session to attend. I would have loved to have had the entire staff here.”
Sally Judd Encounter Lutheran School
“I enjoyed it immensely and found it very valuable, inspirational and immediately helpful. I want to put many of these ideas into place.” Julie Howe Bendigo Senior College
“Energising, informative and full to the brim with practical ideas easily translated into every day school life.” Marilyn James, Deception Bay North State School
