Many parents fight against the individual differences between their children rather than work with the differences.
Genders affects, individual temperaments and also the place a child has in his family mean that one size in parenting doesn’t fit all.
You need to bounce off boys; gyrate with your girls and waltz with the wackiness of each child.
How you embrace the differences and the special needs of each child will go a long way to determining the depth of the relationship you have with them.
It will also determine you own satisfaction levels as a mum or dad.
The hopes and dreams we carry for each child can sometimes prevent the acceptance of diversity.
Sometimes it's hard to relate if they do a different dance than the one we are used to.
To love your children the same it is imperative that we partner up with our kids in the diversity dance.
